Senior Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead HR support for multi-site manufacturing operations, coaching plant HR teams and site leaders.
• Develop workforce and talent strategies to enhance operational performance and capability.
• Drive change management efforts during organizational transformations and design.
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching in performance management and employee engagement.
• Champion employee experience and retention through data-driven strategies and action plans.
• Implement standardized HR processes across sites to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Proven experience in supporting multi-site operations and partnering with plant leadership.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic HR business partner in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, labor relations, and organizational design.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable HR plans.

Pay

$204,400 – $304,000 annually
