Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned clients, including complex accounts, to drive success, growth, and high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with client HR leaders and senior executives, providing guidance and value-added solutions to support business growth and compliance.
  • Advise clients on HR compliance, business goals, and tailored approaches, fostering connections with internal and client partners to deliver value-added services.
  • Utilize expertise in employee relations, legislation interpretation, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and performance management to provide comprehensive HR guidance, including policy interpretation and best practices aligned with employment laws across all 50 states.
  • Engage with internal support teams (e.g., DE&I Services, Compensation, EEO, Payroll, FLSA Administration, Background Screening, Benefits, and Centers of Excellence) to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend policies or activities to improve organizational culture, attract talent, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Facilitate client trainings tailored to the audience’s level and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and Account Executives to align HR goals with business objectives, understanding and implementing people, organizational structure, and leadership development strategies.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving organizational strategies and goals, ensuring timely documentation of all interactions in client management systems.
  • Partner with and guide HR Representatives, Data Support Specialists, HR Specialists, and Account Executives.
  • Pilot new internal tools, resources, and products, providing feedback to leadership.
  • Participate in or lead project teams and focus groups to improve processes or client solutions.
  • Deliver training and development opportunities for internal partners and peers, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on processes, projects, or tools as requested.
  • Collaborate with peers and internal resources across the company to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaboration.
  • Support the Sales organization by partnering with Business Performance Advisors (BPAs) in prospect meetings.
  • Understand client power structures and dynamics, advising, negotiating, and influencing clients toward HR compliance and business goals with custom approaches.
  • Create content and host knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.
  • Understand Insperity and approved partner technologies, proactively consulting with clients to deliver value tied to their initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight or more years of end-to-end Human Resources operations experience, with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
  • Prior experience in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed environment is preferred.
  • At least one of the following certifications is preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Schedule

Travel: Up to 30% of time.
