Senior HRBP Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to senior business leaders, helping shape workforce decisions that support growth and organizational effectiveness. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and trusted coaching across complex, fast-moving priorities. You will also analyze workforce data, influence leadership decisions, and help ensure HR solutions are aligned to business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Understand business direction to influence people decisions that support organizational objectives Operationalize talent initiatives to support business growth Advocate for initiatives that strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness Act as the business voice within HR to ensure tailored HR solutions Coach senior leaders on developing effective people leadership capabilities Analyze data and trends to guide leadership decisions and measure success Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design Qualifications Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Direct client support and management coaching experience Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment Skilled in managing multiple complex issues and prioritizing projects Expertise across all levels of the HR stack: strategic, operational, and tactical Credibility and integrity in communications, ensuring effective information flow Confidence to respectfully challenge and influence business decisions Benefits Flexible work personas accommodating remote or in-office work Trust-based work environment promoting autonomy Opportunities for professional development and coaching Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
