Senior HR Employee Relations Partner
The Opportunity
The Senior HR Employee Relations Partner is responsible for leading enterprise-wide employee relations programs and workplace investigations that promote a fair, respectful, compliant, and high-performing work environment. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, employees, HR, Legal, Compliance, Security, and other key stakeholders on complex employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, policy violations, performance issues, misconduct allegations, ethics concerns, and other sensitive workplace matters. This role conducts and oversees investigations, assesses organizational and employee-related risks, provides recommendations for resolution, and ensures consistent application of company policies, values, and employment practices. This role partners across the organization to identify trends, address root causes, enhance manager capability, and implement proactive solutions that strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness. In addition, the role drives continuous improvement of employee relations processes, investigation practices, reporting mechanisms, training, and governance standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee workplace, employee relations, compliance, ethics, or internal investigations.
- Provide recommendations for resolution and ensure consistent application of company policies, values, and employment practices.
- Partner across the organization to identify trends, address root causes, enhance manager capability, and implement proactive solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of employee relations processes, investigation practices, reporting mechanisms, training, and governance standards.
- Support leaders, employees, HR, Legal, Compliance, Security, and other key stakeholders on complex employee relations matters.
- Manage highly confidential and sensitive matters with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organizational Development, Legal Studies, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience conducting workplace, employee relations, compliance, ethics, or internal investigations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Security, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems, case management platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience handling complex, sensitive, and confidential employee relations matters.
- Experience conducting interviews, gathering facts, analyzing information, and preparing investigation reports and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, employment law concepts, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements, ethics programs, and corporate compliance practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, investigations, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong workplace investigation, interviewing, fact-finding, and analytical skills.
- Excellent judgment, objectivity, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-supported investigation reports.
- Able to manage multiple investigations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Able to assess and mitigate organizational and employee relations risk.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Able to influence without direct authority and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
