About the role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will offer senior HR counsel to the Global Hardware Engineering team. This role requires onsite presence in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior leadership to offer counsel on HR topics, organizational frameworks, and talent strategy.
- Lead compensation strategy including salary planning, approvals, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling across the global organization.
- Examine and communicate data from engagement surveys and collaborate on action planning with senior leaders, HRBPs, and Regional HR Teams.
- Guide and resolve complex workplace concerns, leading leaders through performance management and making strategic decisions on blocking issues.
- Lead HR metrics and analytics strategy, advising business unit leaders on goals and driving automation and reporting innovation with the HR Reporting team.
- Lead the development and launch of NVIDIA global HR programs, serving as a key architect and collaborator.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant time as a senior client-facing HRBP.
- Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders to drive organizational and people strategy forward.
- Demonstrated analytical expertise in HR data, capable of translating insights into recommendations for senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Deep knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices across complex global organizations.
- Advanced expertise in 4 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility.
- Strong program and project management expertise recognized for achieving results and addressing complex, critical issues.

- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain solid relationships with executives and across diverse international client teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities paired with enthusiasm for data reliability and continual advancement.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident in executive settings.
- Agile and decisive, capable of managing several high-priority and competing projects at the same time.
Benefits
NVIDIA offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $144,000 - $230,000 for Level 4 and $184,000 - $299,000 for Level 5, depending on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Additionally, employees are eligible for equity and benefits.
