Senior HR Business Partner
About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner operates as a strategic advisor, change leader & business operator. This role will work with function leaders & managers to translate business priorities into workforce strategy that drives results. They will work to support the associate experience & strengthen leadership engagement & capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Understand how the business operates & proactively connect workforce strategies to real outcomes that matter
- Help shape how our organization aligns structure, talent and capabilities
- Guide leaders & teams through change with clarity & confidence, help them adopt & sustain new ways of working
- Leverage data to tell our story, uncover insights & drive informed decisions to improve performance
- Invest in leaders, challenge support & develop them to lead with greater impact & accountability
- Navigate complex situations thoughtfully, helping maintain a culture where associates feel respected, heard & engaged
- Build strong partnerships across the organization, drive alignment & progress in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a high-level HR business partner
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills, identifying necessary data impact
- Experience influencing leaders & driving workforce planning or organizational design initiatives
- Ability to support transformation & organizational change

Pay
Compensation Base pay starting at $90,000/yr. The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Please note, compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position’s work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.
