Senior HPC Engineer, Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior HPC Engineer, Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on delivering and optimizing high-performance computing solutions that support demanding customer environments and complex software workloads. You will serve as a key technical expert across customer workflows, platform capabilities, and service best practices. In partnership with sales, engineering, and support teams, you will help improve customer satisfaction, drive value realization, and strengthen operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Become an expert in the platform and its customer workflows Deliver technical solutions for high-impact platform features Publish and optimize complex HPC software for demanding customers Develop best practices for HPC services and support Collaborate to advocate for customer needs with sales and engineering teams Work with customer support to enhance satisfaction and value realization Implement automation solutions to increase productivity Qualifications 5+ years of experience with HPC systems and applications Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud High-level understanding of HPC, schedulers, MPI, containers, and GPU computing Experience with AI-assisted workflows in the software development lifecycle BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Benefits Opportunity to work on cutting-edge HPC technologies Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Access to continuous learning and professional development Influence the success of customer-focused solutions Engage with top engineering talent and innovative practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
