About the role

As a Senior Host/Hostess, you will greet guests and provide accurate information to ensure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Provide accurate and helpful information to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to departure

Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic, Russian, German, Chinese, or Italian
• Highly motivated and people-oriented with an outgoing, sales-driven personality
• Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates excellent teamwork and team spirit
• Knowledge of guest service principles, including needs assessment, service quality standards, and guest satisfaction evaluation
