Senior Home Lending Advisor, Mount Juliet, TN

About the role

Join our team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, serving as your customers' chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan. You will leverage your exceptional knowledge of home lending products while collaborating with a supportive team to guide clients toward homeownership. Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet their customers and introduce new clients to additional products and services.
• Work with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, functioning effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Serve as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining strong customer relationships and providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer’s financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• FHA/VA sales experience.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Additional Information

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant factors to determine financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment requires compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.

This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon employment, you must register or update your existing registration to reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including annual renewal and updates, is mandatory. Information provided during registration may impact your employment.
