Join our team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. You will serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, leveraging your expertise in home lending products while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
- Collaborate with bankers to meet customers and introduce new clients to additional products and services.
- Partner with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and function effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
- Serve as the internal and external mortgage expert, building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- FHA/VA sales experience.
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
Additional Information
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant factors. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.
This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon employment, you will be required to register or update your existing registration to reflect your role at JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including annual renewal, is mandatory. Information obtained during registration may impact your employment.
