We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove sections like "About Us", "About The Team"? Those may be considered not required headings but could be included as prose? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings if content exists. We can also have other headings? Probably not; we should stick to those. The posting includes a job description with responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, etc. Also includes info about regulatory compliance (FDIC Act, Dodd Frank, SAFE Act). Also includes info about benefits (competitive total rewards package, base salary, commission-based pay, discretionary incentive compensation, benefits list). Also includes info about Chase (About Us) and team. But we should not include headings like "About Us" unless we map to "About the role"? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. For "About the role" we can put the introductory paragraph(s) describing the role. For Responsibilities we list bullet points. For Requirements we list required qualifications. For Qualifications we could list preferred qualifications? Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications? The instruction says separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Might need to split: Requirements (maybe mandatory), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (maybe specific skills). But we can interpret as: Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications; Skills = skills listed (communication, PC skills, etc). However the posting already lists "Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills" and "Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills". So we could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (but skills are already in those). To avoid duplication, we could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications, and maybe not have Skills separate if content overlaps. But we need to follow instruction: use those headings only if posting has real specific content. We can decide to include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills each with content. We also need Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting mentions: "We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more." So we have benefits and pay info. No explicit schedule mentioned. So we include Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "About Us" and "About The Team" maybe not needed as headings; but we could incorporate that info into About the role? The About the role section could include the introductory paragraph about joining team, mission, etc. The "About Us" and "About The Team" are generic company description; we could include them in About the role? But instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could put it in a

under About the role or maybe as a separate

without heading? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can have

elements not under headings. It didn't forbid extra paragraphs. So we can include a

for About Us and About The Team as prose, maybe after the sections. But we should avoid duplication. The posting includes "About Us" and "About The Team" sections; we can keep them as paragraphs. We must not include application instructions (like "Please carefully review the information you provide...") Actually that is part of NMLS registration instructions; that is substantive? It's about registration process; maybe we should keep it under Requirements or Qualifications? It's about NMLS registration requirement; it's part of the job's compliance. Could be considered part of Requirements. We'll keep it under Requirements maybe as a paragraph. We must remove duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same bullet. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Qualifications

  • FHA/VA sales experience
  • Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
  • Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills (already listed). Could also include consultative skills, etc. But we might avoid duplication. Maybe we can list skills not covered elsewhere: consultative skills, ability to analyze financial needs, etc. However those are in responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we could keep Skills section minimal or omit if no distinct content. But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If Skills would be thin, maybe we omit it. But we already have communication skills in Requirements; we could still include Skills but risk duplication. Better to omit Skills if no unique content. However the posting includes "Excellent written and oral communication skills" under Required Qualifications, and also "Intermediate PC skills" under Preferred. Those are skills. Could put them under Skills instead of Requirements/Qualifications. But we already used them there. To avoid duplication, we could move all skill-like items to Skills and keep Requirements purely experience/education. Let's reconsider. We have Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years mortgage lending, knowledge of real estate market, excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: FHA/VA sales experience, Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills, Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment. We could treat Requirements as education/experience/knowledge, Qualifications as preferred experience/skills, and Skills as maybe communication and PC skills? But that duplicates. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we need to follow heading list; we can still include both if they have content. It's okay to have both. We'll keep as is, accepting some duplication but it's okay as we preserve all info. The instruction says do NOT invent or summarize away detail; duplication is not prohibited. It's okay to repeat info if it's in original. However we should avoid repeating same sentence verbatim? Not prohibited. We'll keep. Now Benefits:
