Senior Home Caregiver - PRN

About the Role

We are hiring local caregivers and CNAs in Salt Lake City, Park City, Kamas, and surrounding areas. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and other activities.
• Assist with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with non-medical care needs, including normal aging challenges, medication reminders, and hospital recovery.
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of clients.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to work.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.
• Pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
• Ability to reliably commute to assigned work location in Farmington.
• 18 years or older.

Preferred but not required: 1 year of caregiving experience, In-Home Health Aide experience, Assisted Living experience, or CNA certification.

Pay

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
