About the role

The Senior Project Architect serves as the technical quality leader within the design team, providing strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, construction, building codes and project coordination issues associated with diverse project types ideally with the delivery of Healthcare, and Science and Technology markets. As the technical lead, the Senior Project Architect is responsible for guiding multiple projects from design through construction, ensuring technical excellence, quality, code compliance, and successful project execution at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding multiple projects from design through construction
  • Ensuring technical excellence, quality, code compliance, and successful project execution
  • Providing strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, construction, building codes and project coordination issues associated with diverse project types ideally with the delivery of Healthcare, and Science and Technology markets
  • Working with a team of dedicated, creative, and fun architects and designers on award-winning projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent educational experience
  • A registered Architect in the State of California
  • Minimum of 10-14 years’ experience in a professional architectural office setting
  • Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in Health Care or Science and Technology a strong plus

Pay

The salary range is dependent on geographical location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
