What You'll Do Analyze large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementBuild predictive models and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-makingEvaluate healthcare performance, utilization, and financial outcomes across diverse client engagementsTranslate complex analyses into clear recommendations and presentations for stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, actuaries, and other healthcare expertsParticipate in client-facing workstreams and help solve real-world healthcare challengesMentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, consulting, or data scienceStrong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or SASExperience working with healthcare claims or other complex healthcare datasetsAbility to communicate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Why Consider This Role?
