Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead safety-related projects or processes of varying complexity.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Coach, mentor, and review work of junior professionals.
- Support continuous improvement and safety automation initiatives.
- Use advanced problem-solving to create solutions for safety processes or issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
- Perform other safety-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety or a safety-related field.
- 1.5–2 years of safety experience.
- Must live locally or within driving distance of the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification.
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.
