Senior Health Benefits Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Health Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and analyze domestic employee health benefits programs while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate is calm, easygoing, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
