About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own multi-year roadmap for Telematics hardware platform from concept to end-of-life
  • Engage directly with operational executives for strategic opportunities and customer success
  • Drive commercial ownership of hardware portfolio including revenue and profitability targets
  • Align cross-functional teams on a unified hardware strategy
  • Collaborate on field validation, sales readiness, and product launch processes
  • Work with Applications Product Management to optimize solutions spanning cloud and edge devices
  • Utilize customer and market data to prioritize and define long-term platform strategy
  • Mentor early-career Product Managers and enhance product management practices

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management focused on enterprise-grade, cloud-connected hardware products
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • Proven track record of launching successful enterprise IT and IoT hardware products
  • Experience with managing commercial product lines generating $100M+ revenue
  • Strong business acumen to manage feature, cost, risk, and performance trade-offs
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including customers and internal teams
  • Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to gathering customer insights through various methods

Pay

$166,175 – $195,500 annually
