for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions, EEO etc. So we need to strip out EEO statements, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities list, requirements list, benefits list, location, travel, etc.
We need to decide sections: Could have "About the role" (company overview + role summary). Then "Responsibilities" (list of duties). Then "Requirements" (list of qualifications). Then "Benefits". Possibly also "Location & Schedule" but schedule not given; location is given: New England Hybrid with local driving travel (approximately 50%). Could put that in a
under About the role or separate section "Location". Since schedule not given, we should not create Schedule section. Pay not given, so omit Pay section.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with real content.
