Senior Growth Solutions Architect - Electric Power / Grid

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of AI-enabled technologies and their value propositions for utility challenges
• Create go-to-market materials to aid the Growth team in client engagement and opportunity development
• Listen actively to customer frictions and adapt value propositions accordingly
• Represent customer challenges within the development organization to shape solutions
• Leverage AI tools to derive insights that support customer decision-making
• Build relationships with C-level leaders in utilities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Electric Power Utilities (T&D, grid operations, or design)
• Proven success in closing large, complex deals and managing strategic portfolios
• Strong expertise in utility systems (planning, design, operations)
• Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and digital transformation
• Knowledge of AI/ML, cyber, and cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) concepts

Pay

$131,300 – $237,350 annually
