WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies that support business objectives, brand reputation, and employee engagement across North America and international markets.
- Act as a “strike team” leader—quickly mobilizing resources and expertise to address urgent communications needs, special projects, and crisis situations.
- Wear multiple hats, seamlessly blending functions such as executive communications, media relations, internal communications, and change management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Ten or more years of experience in corporate communications, with significant experience in both internal and external communications.
- International experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary communications teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.
- Experience working with senior executives and advising on sensitive or high-impact issues.
- Advanced presentation and visual communications skills (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

- Compensation Range: $149,800.00 - $214,000.00 annual base salary
