The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Sr. GRC Engineer to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned client relationship manager who brings deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance and a proven track record of leading high-complexity client engagements with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management (Primary Focus): Own the Client Experience, Lead Client Engagements, Communicate with Care, Handle Escalations, Be a Trusted Advisor.
Team Leadership: Manage and Develop a Pod of Analysts, Drive Accountability.
GRC & Compliance Execution: Interpret Regulatory Frameworks, Lead Compliance Projects, Develop Compliance Programs, Collaborate on Risk Management, Drive Process Improvement.

Demonstrated client relationship management: Exceptional professionalism and communication, Hands-on cybersecurity compliance expertise, Strong project management skills, Highly organized and adaptable, Policy development and governance, Experience in a cybersecurity-focused technology company.
