About This Role

REP is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. This role will play a key part in shaping and elevating the visual execution of the global REP brand across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional marketing teams, this position is responsible for bringing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life through high-quality visual design. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of brand consistency, marketing design systems, and multi-channel execution.

Essential Functions

  • Execute and evolve REP’s visual identity across digital, print, retail, and experiential marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and internal creative team to maintain and elevate brand consistency across all customer-facing content.
  • Lead design critiques and provide thoughtful feedback to internal teammates and external freelance designers.
  • Translate campaign direction and marketing objectives into polished, high-performing visual assets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, email marketing, paid media, content, influencers, retail, events, and product development teams.
  • Stay informed on design, e-commerce, and industry trends to bring fresh creative thinking and relevant visual approaches to the brand.
  • Create assets for performance marketing, paid social, email campaigns, website promotions, landing pages, organic social, and retail marketing.
  • Create graphics and supporting materials for experiential activations, trade shows, events, and in-person brand experiences.
  • Maintain consistency across both digital and print deliverables while adapting designs to the needs of each platform and audience.
  • Help maintain organized creative workflows, file structures, templates, and asset systems across the department.
  • Lead and review work from external freelance design partners to ensure alignment with REP brand standards and creative expectations.
  • Balance speed of execution with strong attention to detail and design quality.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase creative efficiency and scalability across the team.
  • Support onboarding and creative guidance for new freelance or internal creative contributors as needed.
