About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer reports to the Art Director and is responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion across various media formats.

Responsibilities

  • Owns design projects from intake and concept development through production, quality control, and final delivery
  • Develops on-brand visual assets across print, digital, web, email, social, and presentation formats
  • Creates marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, campaign assets, email templates, and web graphics
  • Designs infographics, icon systems, diagrams, and other visual frameworks to clarify complex information
  • Designs polished pitch decks and executive presentations using tools like Pitch, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Identifies missing inputs, unclear requirements, dependencies, and decisions, and engages the right stakeholders to keep projects moving
  • Communicates directly with internal partners to clarify objectives, recommend solutions, explain design rationale, and build alignment
  • Maintains organized brand assets, templates, working files, and final deliverables for efficient reuse and updating
  • Stays current on design practices, production standards, AI-enabled creative tools, and emerging workflows
  • Works cross-functionally with creative, marketing, business development, product, and other teams to deliver effective visual communication

Qualifications

  • An online portfolio demonstrating sophisticated work across print, digital, web, and presentation formats
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate, agency, or in-house creative environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and strong proficiency in Figma
  • Working proficiency in Pitch, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent typography, layout, composition, information design, and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to extend them thoughtfully across new applications
  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope work, resolve ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and move projects forward without waiting for every detail to be provided
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, agent prompting, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled creative tools for ideation, exploration, production, or workflow improvement is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to ask focused questions, seek out answers, and present clear creative rationale

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
