Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

A top producing team at Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career-minded, and experienced Graphic Designer in their Phoenix office. The individual will provide marketing and creative assistance to add value to the business. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position—remote or work-from-home options may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations.
• Create floor plans and site plans.
• Proofread and edit marketing packages for superior quality.
• Maintain current use of social media, team websites, and email marketing.
• 10-15% of time may entail research.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources; must be very articulate.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media and corporate branding.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Versatile and flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining websites is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
• 3+ years of graphic design and marketing experience.

Pay

The base hourly range for this role is $34 – $45 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
