Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As the Senior Graphic Designer will create engaging and creative graphics to visually represent high-quality brands. You will be responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from planning to managing print and digital projects. The senior graphic designer works alongside the design manager and other departments to ensure that all content is on-brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex design projects, independently managing execution from concept to final delivery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
• Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and print partners, ensuring smooth execution of design projects, negotiating terms, and overseeing quality control
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing mentorship and technical support to elevate team performance and skill development
• Develop and refine creative concepts, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling across marketing, advertising, and product design initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and develop marketing
