About the role
The Senior Graphic Designer will join the BerlinRosen Campaigns (BRC) team to support the 2026 election season. This is a temporary, full-time position running from March 2026 through October 30, 2026. Candidates are ideally based near the New York, N.Y. office, but remote candidates in the United States will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Art Directors and account team members on multiple campaigns to produce and edit eye-catching and exceptional direct mail, plus other campaign materials
- Regularly meet tight deadlines for a diverse range of candidates running for office
- Find solutions to feedback that maintain strong layouts, branding, and design hierarchy
- Actively participate in visual concepts for mail
- Organize and maintain project files
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with print design and art direction in an agency setting (or comparable environment)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive, and collaborative approach to work with strong time management skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during peak periods
- Can adapt under pressure and quickly pivot priorities to meet last-minute deadlines

Benefits
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $75,000 - $80,000 annually (prorated)
