Senior Governance, Risk, & Compliance Program Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of trust within and outside of the company
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Identify solutions for complex compliance challenges
• Enhance the compliance program through innovative strategies and automation
• Oversee compliance initiatives related to AI governance and risk management
• Collaborate with teams during compliance assessments and audits
• Address compliance issues across various time zones and jurisdictions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk mitigation related to security, privacy, and compliance
• Proven ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance compliance measures
• Expertise in SOC, ISO, HIPAA, or PCI audits in technology environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams in a multi-product landscape
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and AI compliance needs
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSK, or CIPP required

Pay

$120,300 – $162,700 annually
