About the role

We are seeking a Senior Global Trial Manager to lead clinical trial delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. You will play a crucial role in bringing new drugs to market faster by managing large, multi-regional studies and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
  • Meet project recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards, planning compliance measures, and managing clinical quality issues.
  • Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Lead clinical teams to deliver large, global trials and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support milestone achievements and report to stakeholders as per project scope requirements.
  • Manage the clinical team at the project level, including resourcing, talent planning, and providing project-related training.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or other scientific discipline (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
  • 7 years of clinical research/monitoring experience.
  • Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
  • Good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Good influencing, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective mentoring and training abilities.

Pay

The potential annualized base pay range for this role is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be offered, along with health, welfare, and other benefits.
