Senior Global Trial Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Global Trial Manager to lead clinical trial delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. You will play a crucial role in bringing new drugs to market faster by managing large, multi-regional studies and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
- Meet project recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards, planning compliance measures, and managing clinical quality issues.
- Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), and identify additional service opportunities.
- Lead clinical teams to deliver large, global trials and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Support milestone achievements and report to stakeholders as per project scope requirements.
- Manage the clinical team at the project level, including resourcing, talent planning, and providing project-related training.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or other scientific discipline (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
- 7 years of clinical research/monitoring experience.
- Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
- Good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines).

Pay
The potential annualized base pay range for this role is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be offered, along with health, welfare, and other benefits.
