About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and upkeep of global salary structures and compensation bands
- Manage job architecture processes to maintain fairness and consistency globally
- Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
- Cultivate vendor relationships for market data surveys and tools
- Perform market analyses to keep the company competitive across all regions
- Advise on compensation trends and ensure internal pay equity
- Design and oversee annual merit and incentive compensation programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, ideally within a global tech or financial services setting
- Proficiency in job architecture, pay grades, and compensation frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills and strong Excel capabilities; experienced with HRIS tools, preferably Workday
- Ability to influence senior leadership in compensation-related decisions
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of both strategic and tactical operations
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data simply
- Consulting experience is advantageous
