Senior Global Clinical Study Manager

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Lead the global cross-functional study team and manage resolution of study-related issues
• Oversee external vendor management involved in study delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on study progress to senior management
• Plan and manage clinical studies from feasibility to closeout, ensuring timely document availability
• Monitor compliance with regulations and ensure inspection readiness throughout the study lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in global clinical studies, preferably in oncology
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and clinical study processes
• Ability to independently lead global clinical studies
• 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; higher degree preferred

Pay

$136,400 – $181,400 annually
