Senior Global Clinical Operations Program Director, Late Development Oncology

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical program activities and escalate issues to the Global Product Team (GPT)
• Partner with Global Clinical Head and Biometrics Team Leader to provide direction to clinical delivery teams
• Establish team structure and ways of working to optimize CPT performance
• Ensure clinical operations deliverables meet regulatory submission needs
• Support regulatory interactions and inspections for readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• 12 years of relevant experience
• Extensive global drug development leadership experience
• Experience across the product life cycle, especially in late-stage development
• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical and pharmaceutical drug development processes
• Proven ability to develop business-aligned programs and assess risks vs. value
• Significant program management experience in complex projects

Pay

$233,586 – $350,379 annually
