Senior Global Channel Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven leader to head our Apple Global Channel business. As the Senior Global Channel Manager, you will define, drive, and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to maximize Logitech’s business within the Apple Education and Enterprise ecosystem worldwide. This leadership role is pivotal in partnering with Apple’s Education teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, apply creative problem-solving, and excel at devising and implementing high-impact strategies. This position reports to the Global Head of Vertical Channel and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech’s Apple Partnership and the Apple ecosystem of Channel Partners across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust, forward-looking channel strategy to expand Logitech’s presence within the Apple ecosystem.
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with Apple’s leadership, sales teams, and channel partners to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Lead the creation and execution of joint business and account plans that support mutually agreed growth objectives with Apple, channel partners, and regional Logitech channel teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities and industry trends within the Apple ecosystem.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply, Technical, and Enablement teams to meet channel objectives.
- Drive the adoption of Apple-related sales programs and training, enhancing partner and seller capabilities and performance.
- Develop and oversee scalable channel models to reach new segments and accelerate growth in key vertical segments.
- Monitor, report, and act on key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities to continuously improve results.
- Serve as the business partner for Apple’s direct and indirect Education business, including business planning, sales engagement, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Logitech at industry and partner events, enhancing awareness and strengthening strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven success managing Apple’s resale business, with a track record of driving growth and delivering results.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and effective negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Commercial Operations teams to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts and identify risks/opportunities.
- Direct end-to-end ownership of the global revenue plan for the Apple partnership, including forecasting, tracking, and delivering on targets.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and committed to exceeding goals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Skilled at establishing and deepening high-impact relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Articulate communicator with strong executive presence and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of market trends, technology, and business drivers relevant to the Apple ecosystem, especially in Education.
- Ability to quickly grasp and communicate Logitech and Apple’s value propositions.
- Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Full professional English proficiency required; additional languages highly desirable.
- Comfortable with international travel as needed.
Location
This full-time remote role focuses on the Austin, Texas and San Jose, CA metro areas. Logitech empowers teams wherever they are, fostering a vibrant culture built on trust, connectivity, and growth.
Pay
This position offers an OTE (base + variable bonus) typically between $137K and $300K, dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on business need, candidate experience, and skills.
