Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical, geological, and geoscience project delivery
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Oversee site investigations and geohazard assessments
• Provide technical review and guidance on engineering reports and designs
• Mentor developing engineers and geoscientists
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, or geoscience consulting
• PE or PG preferred
• Experience delivering transportation, infrastructure, geohazard, or pipeline projects
• Expertise in areas such as engineering geology, geohazards, rock mechanics, soil mechanics, groundwater, or surface water
• Strong project management and client-facing experience
