Senior Geologist

Responsibilities
- Complete logging of drill samples, conduct geologic mapping, and create resource block models.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and leadership in geological exploration and resource modeling.
- Supervise and direct drilling, road construction, and drill sample preparation by contractors.
- Integrate and interpret geological, assay, and mineralogical data into geologic maps and cross-sections.
- Coach and mentor Geologist I and II to develop their skills.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulations and provide guidance to the site management team.
- Prepare and update drill hole databases, maps of deposits, and other exploration records.
- Collaborate with Metallurgists in providing samples for processing testing and evaluation.
- Perform surface and underground geologic mapping.
- Contribute to short-range plans and budget preparation for geological exploration and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related scientific discipline with 5 years of experience, or Master's degree in Geology with 3 years of experience.
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures in English.
- Communicate effectively in English regarding job assignments, procedures, and safety standards.
- Work in potentially stressful environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, moving machinery, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes, airborne particles, and personal protective equipment requirements.

Benefits
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $97,500-$138,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation considerations based on company and individual performance. Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration. Long-term incentives are contingent upon authorized approval under the terms and conditions of the Company's plan and award agreements. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $750 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
