Senior GEOINT Program Advisor
Job Description
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Sr. GEOINT Program Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert-level strategic and operational support to the Program Manager, advising and assisting with The Client’s AOS Program planning, mission operations, project tracking, capability development, data migration, and process integration. You will play a key role in end-to-end project management and collaborate across The Client’s offices and IC/DoD partners.
- Document DNI Program project plans and develop schedules for milestones and deliverables
- Aid in migrating analytic capabilities from development to operational mission environments
- Independently manage projects under pressure and consistently meet program schedule deadlines
- Identify project solutions and resolve issues as they arise
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and demonstrations
Specific Products Supported
- The Client’s Program Monthly Meetings
- DNI Multiple Program Quarterly Program Review (QPR)
- The Client’s Multiple Program QPR Deep Dives
- The Client’s and DNI Future Capability Proposals
- Program Decision Briefs
- Facilitate and moderate The Client’s Program meetings as needed
- Participate in DNI-led Program meetings and document action items
- Provide assessments and recommendations for future project collaboration and partnership initiatives
Required Skills
- Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant intelligence experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant intelligence experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Demonstrated experience with multiple imagery sensor capabilities
- Experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and imagery analytic tools
- Proven GEOINT CAP/SAP experience, knowledge, and capabilities
- Experience transitioning developmental capabilities from testing to operational environments
- Experience integrating methodologies using case studies, best practices, and lessons learned
- Program management experience throughout the project life cycle, including planning, scheduling deliverables, tracking execution metrics, reporting results, and briefing impacts to overseers and stakeholders
- Gathering research and information from multiple sources and presenting findings in decision briefs to senior leaders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, from senior leadership to working-level staff, across The Client’s organization and IC/DoD partners
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting Middle East regional or functional requirements
- Understanding of The Client’s Analysis Directorate production process
- Knowledge of The Client’s CIO-T Strategic Plan and points of contact for analytic tool development
- Knowledge of The Client’s Source and points of contact for new collection strategy development
- Understanding of The Client’s security policy and handling of CAP/SAP data
- Experience working with NGA Research on R&D projects
- Collaborating with the DNI, IC, and DoD partners, with emphasis on NRO, CIA, NSA, Intel Service Centers, and CENTCOM
- Facilitating engagements across The Client’s Directorates and IC/DoD partners
Security Clearance Requirement
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
Pay
Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
