Senior GEOINT Analyst/Web Developer - USACIC

About the role

The GEOINT Analyst/Web Developer supports The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. The primary place of performance is Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the CI Common Operating Picture (COP) and the intelligence web page.
• Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain.
• Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences.
• Produces Geospatial graphics in support of analytical pursuits of the ACIC’s Directorate of Intelligence.
• Provides fuse data from the Travel Alert Database.

Requirements

• High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Security Plus certification.
• Completed the DIA Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis Course or equivalent US government basic intelligence analysis course.
• At least two years’ of experience using ArcGIS and graphics technique; and/or four or more years of experience directly supporting the IC as a GEOINT Analyst.
• Three or more years’ experience using ArcGIS and graphing techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have a Security Plus certification.
• Must have completed the DIA Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis Course or equivalent US government basic intelligence analysis course.
• Must have at least two years’ of experience using ArcGIS and graphics technique; and/or possess four or more years of experience directly supporting the IC as a GEOINT Analyst.
• Must have three or more years’ experience using ArcGIS and graphing techniques.

Skills

• Expertise in developing and maintaining web applications.
• Experience with geospatial analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS and related GIS technologies.
• Ability to produce high-quality Geospatial graphics.
• Experience with imagery exploitation and data analysis.
• Experience with intelligence analysis and fusion of data sources.
