About the role
As a Senior General Manager at Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, you will shape our guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence, develop your Assistant General Manager, and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. This is an hourly role with uncapped earning potential through commission.
Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
- Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
- Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
- Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
- Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Help implement sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
- Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.
- Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
- Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
- Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs.
- Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.
- Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.
- Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements
- Attend and successfully complete required training programs (may include overnight travel at company expense).
- Complete ongoing online and computer-based training throughout employment.

Pay
Pay will include a base rate of $20.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
