Senior General Manager

Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to shape the guest experience and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive atmosphere, enjoy working with a team, and have a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Absorb and implement the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff
• Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment
• Focus on optimizing customer and employee experiences
• Act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager
• Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls
• Develop innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance
• Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions
• Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members
• Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs
• Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

$17.50 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission
