Senior General Manager

About The Role

Anytime Fitness in Collegedave, TN is seeking a driven and experienced Senior General Manager to lead the gym to new heights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire a passionate team and make a real impact on members' lives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff
• Drive membership sales growth through lead generation, community outreach, and member retention strategies
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing gym staff team
• Maintain and manage club financials including budgets, P&L, and revenue goals
• Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve escalated member concerns promptly
• Implement corporate initiatives and ensure brand standards are consistently met
• Analyze club performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
• Proven track record in sales performance and membership or revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyze financial reports and drive data-informed decisions
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
