Senior General Maintenance Worker

As a Senior General Maintenance Worker at Sodexo, you are a problem-solver and safety promoter. Your knowledge and technical skills are critical to meet maintenance needs. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing
• Perform tasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman
• May train and coordinate work activities of General Maintenance Apprentices and General Maintenance Workers
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all
• 1 or more years of related experience preferred
• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done

Pay

Part-time. Pay range: $30.00 per hour - $35.92 per hour.

Schedule

Workdays/shifts: WEEKENDS ONLY - Specific Shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.
