Senior Game Services Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-quality backend game services
• Lead and manage engineers, providing support and development coaching
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to design and build game features
• Write clear and concise technical documentation and communication
• Address and resolve production incidents, participating in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Production experience designing and building backend game services
• Ability to communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Experience leading engineers through direct management, mentoring, or guiding
• Ability to diagnose complex system failures using logging and metrics
• Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in Rust, C++, or C#
