Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial reporting
- Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor fund cash activity, capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions
- Support valuation processes and performance reporting for investment portfolios
- Cook up annual audits and assist with tax compliance activities
- Review financial reporting for related entities and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements
- Partner with Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, and Investment teams on operational and reporting matters
- Absorb assistance with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, private equity, venture capital, or investment management
- Experience with fund accounting, investment valuations, and investor reporting
- Ability to manage external service providers and coordinate multiple deadlines
- Strong Excel skills and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Pay
USD115000 - USD125000 per year
Schedule
Hybrid, with in-office expectations 3 days/week
