Senior Functional Analyst (Remote)

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for a variety of enterprise applications
• Analyze and resolve application issues with internal tech teams and vendors
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into solutions
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation
• Act as a functional product owner managing enhancement backlogs and roadmaps
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure governance and risk management
• Drive process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Enterprise Applications Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and cloud applications in corporate settings
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional solution design
• Strong background in change management, stakeholder communication, and application lifecycle management
• Knowledge of financial/accounting principles and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Familiarity with SOX, audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks

Pay

$112,400 – $149,800 annually
