Senior Fullstack Engineer
About The Role
We're a Series A/B AI-native financial planning & analysis (FP&A) SaaS company building the infrastructure that powers modern finance teams. Our platform connects disparate data sources, automates reporting, and delivers real-time insights through spreadsheet integrations and interactive dashboards — helping finance professionals focus on high-value strategic work instead of manual busywork. We're a lean team of 30–50, and we're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join at the ground floor. You'll work directly with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to design and ship critical, AI-focused product features with real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap
- Design, develop, and take end-to-end ownership of complex features and software components
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
- Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture
- Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements
- Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams
Requirements
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
- Solid experience building frontends with React
- Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or a strongly frontend-leaning engineer with backend comfort
- Experience with MongoDB as an application database
- Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent collaboration skills — comfortable working directly with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas and align with a remote-first work culture
- 5–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience

- Interest in or experience with AI/ML-focused product development
- Background in fintech, financial software, or data infrastructure products
Pay
$150,000 – $220,000 USD annually
