Senior Full Stack TypeScript Developer

Responsibilities

• Deliver a scalable, maintainable platform that meets the QSR industry's unique needs by building a robust CMS and supporting additional applications.
• Support team goals by guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, contributing to a cohesive, knowledge-sharing development environment.
• Create clear documentation and establish coding standards that ensure quality, maintainability, and ease of future development.
• Drive quality by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and demonstrating deep technical expertise.
• Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain cloud solutions, enhancing platform scalability and performance.
• Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance: Technical Mastery - Demonstrates expertise in TypeScript and object-oriented programming. Proficient in backend development using frameworks like NestJS and Express. Frontend expertise in at least one major framework: Angular, React, or Svelte. Familiarity with dependency injection patterns and libraries like tsyringe.
• Proactive Leadership - Takes initiative in guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Attention to Quality - Holds a high standard for code quality and actively participates in code reviews to uphold best practices.
• Adaptability - Adapts quickly to new challenges, technologies, and evolving project requirements within the QSR industry.
• Effective Communication - Communicates clearly, particularly when documenting technical decisions, standards, and processes, making complex information accessible to the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in TypeScript and object-oriented programming.
• Proficient in backend development using frameworks like NestJS and Express.
• Frontend expertise in at least one major framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.
• Familiarity with dependency injection patterns and libraries like tsyringe.
• (Preferred) Cloud infrastructure experience (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with CMS development or knowledge of CMS frameworks.

Pay

$123,000 - $140,000 a year
Full Salary Range: $123,200/year (minimum), $131,600/year (midpoint), $140,000/ (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
