Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer is the most senior individual contributor responsible for architecting, designing, and building web, mobile, and internal applications at Campbell Companies. This role owns technical direction across the application portfolio, sets and enforces engineering standards, drives step-change productivity gains through the effective use of AI, mentors engineers at all levels, and leads legacy system modernization initiatives from business case through delivery. The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer works closely with the Manager, Engineering & AI Solutions and the AI & Automation Engineer to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Monday-Friday in office position. Must be local Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of web, mobile, and internal applications; own coding standards, tech stack decisions, and definition of done.
• Design and govern the API landscape: REST service design, authentication standards, versioning, and documentation.
• Set the multi-year technical roadmap for the application portfolio; lead build-versus-buy evaluations and present recommendations to Digital & IT leadership.
