- Guide and inspire more junior developers across the organization through mentorship and collaboration.
- Continually seek ways to level-up your own skills and make a bigger impact throughout the company.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of full stack software development experience at companies with 10 or more developers.

- Ownership mentality and initiative to make improvements to code, processes, and user experiences across the organization.
- Can-do attitude toward architecting right-sized solutions to real-world business problems.
- Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.
