About the role
A growing robotics technology company is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop software solutions that power next-generation robotic systems. This hands-on position focuses on building scalable applications, developing user-facing interfaces, and integrating software with robotics platforms to support real-world automation initiatives. The role partners closely with software, robotics, and product teams to design, build, and deploy reliable solutions across the full technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting robotics platforms
- Build responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and C++
- Integrate software applications with robotic hardware and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and testing activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong development experience with Java, C++, TypeScript, and React
- Hands-on experience working with robotics systems, autonomous platforms, industrial automation, or related robotics technologies
- Experience building and supporting distributed or cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ROS or similar robotics frameworks
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with real-time systems and edge computing
