Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a team responsible for building and designing capabilities across enterprise applications. This role involves partnering with Product Owners and technical leads to implement enhancements and ensure the delivery of high-quality code solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners, UX team, and technical leads to implement enhancements across four internally developed applications.
  • Contribute to story refinement, define requirements, and participate in story estimation.
  • Code solutions and perform unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Assist the team with resolving technical complexities.
  • Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze reports, and triage issues.
  • Document and communicate information for deployment, maintenance, and support.
  • Participate in and contribute to delivery and release events, including branching, pull requests, and issue triage.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of web development experience.
    • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing medium or large enterprise-level applications and software systems.
    • 1-2 years of SQL Server development experience, including strong T-SQL and complex stored procedure development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, Web Forms, jQuery, and Bootstrap Framework.
    • Experience with MVC and API Frameworks.
    • Experience creating and configuring web services.
    • Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket source control.
    • Experience working in an agile environment using Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working independently on the frontend.
  • Knowledge of ADA/accessibility standards (AA and AAA).
