Senior Full Stack Java Developer (Java, Spring Boot, GCP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable, data-driven application features.
  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Design and improve Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities for chatbot solutions.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to support accurate chatbot responses using approved technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot reported software issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate issue tracking and documentation using Jira.
  • Perform security scanning and ensure APIs comply with established security standards.
  • Participate in Agile development using Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of Java development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • 3+ years of experience with software development tools including Jira, GitHub, Test Management, and CI/CD tools (Tekton, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • 2+ years of experience working in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
